Gestion financière chantier

(1 à 3 jours)

Apprenez à optimiser la gestion financière de vos chantiers pour maximiser la rentabilité.

Cette formation donne aux dirigeants et aux conducteurs de travaux (tous corps d’état) les clés pour sécuriser la marge d’un chantier : calcul du déboursé sec, suivi des situations de travaux, gestion du compte prorata et lecture des indicateurs de performance.

Lean Construction

Découvrez les principes du lean construction pour améliorer l'efficacité et réduire les gaspillages.

Cette formation initie tous les acteurs du BTP aux fondamentaux Lean Construction : élimination des gaspillages, planification collaborative (Last Planner System), coordination visuelle (Obeya room) et outils 5S/Kanban pour fiabiliser la production et sécuriser les marges. Le contenu s’appuie sur la formation « Lean Management » et ses outils terrain (5S, Kanban, LPS, Zoning).

Des sessions personnalisées adaptées à vos besoins spécifiques pour transformer vos chantiers en leviers de performance.

Cette formation opérationnelle initie dirigeants et conducteurs de travaux – tous corps d’état – à l’élaboration et au suivi d’un planning chantier sous Microsoft Project. ou GanttProject. Les participants apprennent à :

structurer un calendrier TCE (tâches, chemin critique, jalons) ;
affecter ressources et coûts ;
suivre l’avancement et générer des rapports clairs pour les parties prenantes.

Le programme s’appuie sur les bonnes pratiques de planification de « Préparer un projet BTP » (planning TCE, marges, livrables, outils MS Project ou GanttProject).

Planification chantier

Cette journée condensée aide dirigeants et conducteurs de travaux – tous corps d’état – à sécuriser l’organisation et la rentabilité de petits chantiers : préparation, planification, suivi quotidien et clôture.
Le contenu reprend les objectifs et bonnes pratiques - responsabilités chantier, planning, gestion des dépenses, relations clients et sous-traitants – et s’appuie sur les séquences « Lancement du chantier », « Organisation personnelle & suivi d’exécution » et « Fin de chantier » .
